Terms of Purchase, Automatic Renewal, and Communications Consent
By completing your purchase of the Canine Rehab On Demand™ Reseller License, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding billing, subscription renewal, and communications:
1. Payment Authorization & Credit Card Storage
Stored Payment Information: You authorize Veterinary Teaching Academy, LLC ("VTA") to securely store the payment method you provide at checkout for the purpose of processing future transactions, including program purchases and subscription renewals.
Program Purchases: You understand that when you sell a Canine Rehab On Demand™ program to a client and submit their access request, the credit card on file will be automatically charged 50% of the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) per program sold, or the agreed-upon reseller rate, at the time of purchase.
Security & Compliance: VTA employs industry-standard encryption and PCI-compliant payment processing to protect your payment information. We do not store your full credit card details directly; they are securely managed through our trusted third-party payment processor.
2. Annual Subscription & Automatic Renewal Policy
Subscription Term: The Canine Rehab On Demand™ Reseller License is an annual subscription that grants you access to the platform and associated reseller benefits for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews each year on the anniversary of your initial purchase, unless canceled before the renewal date.
Billing & Charges: On the renewal date, the credit card on file will be automatically charged the then-current annual subscription fee unless you opt out prior to renewal.
Cancellation Policy:
- You may cancel your Canine Rehab On Demand™ Reseller License at any time before your renewal date to prevent future charges.
- No refunds will be issued for early termination of the reseller license.
To Cancel Your Subscription:
- Log into your account on our platform.
- Navigate to "Settings" > "Billing" within your account dashboard.
- Under "Subscriptions", locate your active Canine Rehab On Demand™ Reseller License subscription.
- Click "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts to confirm cancellation.

Important: Cancellations must be completed at least 30 days before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. Once processed, you will retain access until the end of your current subscription term.
3. Communications & Email Opt-In
Marketing & Transactional Emails: By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to receive both transactional and promotional emails from VTA and Canine Rehab On Demand™.
Types of Emails You Will Receive:
Transactional Emails – These include purchase confirmations, billing receipts, renewal notices, program updates, and account-related communications.
Marketing Emails – These may include educational content, special offers, webinars, and reseller marketing tips to help you maximize your sales.
Email Preferences & Opt-Out:
- You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the “Unsubscribe” link in our emails.
- Note: Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not unsubscribe you from transactional emails (e.g., billing notifications, program updates), as they are necessary for maintaining your reseller account.
4. Acknowledgment & Agreement
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms outlined above, including:
✔ The storage and use of your payment information for purchases and renewals
✔ The automatic annual renewal policy and associated billing terms
✔ The email opt-in agreement for transactional and marketing communications
Updating Payment Information:
To ensure uninterrupted access to your Canine Rehab On Demand™ Reseller License, you can update your payment details at any time through your account.
To Update Your Payment Method:
- Log into your account on our platform.
- Go to "Settings" > "Billing" in your account dashboard.
- Under "Payment Methods", locate your current payment information.
- Click "Edit" or "Update Payment", then enter your new credit card details.
- Save your changes to apply the update.

Important: If your payment fails, you will receive a notification to update your payment method. Failure to update your payment information may result in a suspension of your reseller license and access to Canine Rehab On Demand™ programs.
Agreement to Terms & Policies
By purchasing the Canine Rehab On Demand™ Reseller License, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Reseller License Agreement - You agree to the terms, pricing policies, usage restrictions, and responsibilities outlined in the official License Agreement, including compliance with MSRP guidelines and ethical resale practices.
Privacy Policy – You agree to the collection, use, and protection of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy, which complies with applicable laws and prioritizes your data security and privacy.
Terms & Conditions – You acknowledge and agree to the legally binding terms outlined in our Terms of Use, including payment responsibilities, privacy policies, acceptable use standards, and the understanding that our services are for educational purposes only and not a substitute for professional veterinary care.
Failure to comply with these terms may result in the termination of your reseller license without refund.
